Elijah 

1 Kings 17-18; 2 Kings 1

The angel of the Lord sent Elijah to meet the messengers sent to Baal-Zebub (2 Kings 1:3). It is worth noting that Elijah did not usually take action without the Lord or an angel sending him. Elijah’s message was one of judgment: because the King was consulting Baal-Zebub instead of the God of Israel, he could expect death, not healing (2 Kings 1:4). The messengers do not seem to have recognised Elijah, but they must have believed that he was a man of God and quickly returned to their master with his message (2 Kings 1:5-8).
