In the future time of hope, Judah will again be able to have a normal relationship with God. They will be able to pray to the Lord and he will answer them.

Such answered prayer is a sign of a good relationship between God and the people; it means that God is again listening to them and that they are again pleasing him.

Psalms 6:9

1 Kings 9:3

The disciples of Jesus are given confidence to persist in prayer. *Because human beings respond positively to repeated appeals, we can be certain that the heavenly Father will answer persistent prayer*
