The people will find the Lord because they will seek him with all their heart. He will let himself be found by his people when they seek him in this way.

When we return to the Lord, we must come with not just our hands raised to him but also our hearts.

Hebrews 10:22

Our consciences can be cleansed through the blood of Christ according to Hebrews 9:14. Just as the high priest according to Leviticus 16:3, 4, so believers are cleansed before they come before the Holy One.
