Matthew 15:21-28


The woman was a Gentile who would have had no natural claims on a Jewish Messiah.

Christ is committed to Israel, whom He called lost sheep. Jesus would always give the Jews the first opportunity to accept Him as their Messiah.

The "children" that Jesus referred to were the people of Israel.

The little dogs refers to Gentiles.
