Exodus 2:21-22


Moses' wife name Zipporah means "Bird".

His son's name Gershom means "A Stranger There"

Moses was doubly removed from his land. He and his people, the Israelites, were strangers in Egypt.

Genesis 15:13

Now he was cast off from them and was estranged in yet *another waiting place*

For all he knew, he would be a stranger for the rest of his days.
