*03/09/2025* *MID WEEK SERVICE* TOPIC: *WHAT DOES GOD DO?* CREATION  - God created all spiritual forces and powers  Colossians 1:16-17 But calling Jesus the ‘firstborn’ may lead some to think that Jesus, too, is a created being. So Paul hastily adds that Jesus is not part of the creation but is himself the Creator, *for by him all things were created* Yes, creation is generally attributed to the Father, but this hymn affirms that the Son was also involved, not just beside the Father, but with the Father according to John 1:1-3. The words ‘all things’ make it clear that nothing is possible and nothing exists without him.
